We need candidates who are comfortable working outdoors and traveling to rural areas. You must be willing to walk the fields, understand ground realities, and embrace the practical challenges of farming environments.
The ability to bridge technical science and practical farming is essential. Candidates should listen to farmers, explain ideas simply, and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
A strong foundation in agronomy is vital. You should understand crop cycles, seed varieties, and field conditions to provide accurate recommendations that support high yields.

We take interns from various disciplines such as B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Com, M.Com, MBA and other agriculture-related courses. Duration ranges from 8 to 12 weeks
Students are assigned to field and market-related programs and get access to training, networking and guidance. Placement heads may reach out for internship collaborations.
